Description

Two areas on sidewalk (1) roots of tree have created dangerous trip hazard, (2) second area possible tree root, but sidewalk has sank in front of steps leading to 2314, large water accumulation after rain event. Pedestrians unable to use sidewalk after rain. Previous repair with asphalt ineffective in preventing slip and fall.
