Description

This tree/bush is starting to grow into a conjunction of power and utility lines. It is also inhibiting larger trucks and the trash trucks from a safe exit of alley without having to swing towards the house bordering the alley.

    M City does not maintain alley unless it's blocked. Ordinance states homeowner is responsible from edge of property line to center of easement. Left v mail, complete.
