Information about the DPU 'Green Ally ' Initiative .... Is the VCU 'Green Alley Study' coordinated with the DPU Green Alley initiative? I've noticed that Oregon Hill has mentioned a need for a workable solution to the ditches and runoff that is occurring in that area. How does one find out about suggesting Alleys in Jackson Ward that could use some remediation. I've mentioned a point in one of the the longer alleys in the Ward (3rd St to Smith St, between E & W Clay and Marshall St)
