Description
I’ve had residents of the retirement home next door to my property consistently parking in the alleyway since early 2018. In mid-2018, RPD said they would talk to management at the retirement home about it and put up signage to indicate parking in the alley was unlawful, but that never happened. I moved away from the area around then, but just moved back and nothing has changed. I’m sometimes unable to park on my property with my pickup as I’m unable to pull past my lot to reverse in.
