Graffiti on residence facing the alley. Please see that a photo of the graffiti facing the alley and the release of liability are attached to this service request. Request: DPW000066576 was closed on March 4, 2021 with the engineer stating that the release of liability form was not received in 30 days. I had attached the form and photo of the graffiti as attached in this request as well.
