Please review DPW 000068051 REQUEST DATED 12/16/2020. Gentleman who came out on 1/26/2021 notes on the comment section of this request was not correct. Please read my request again.. I DID NOT ask for top soil to be placed on the side of my residence. The erosion area again is between the sidewalk and the street. Thank you
