Description

My yard continues to flood. I have had two landscape architects come out and both reached the same conclusion - the alley needs a berm and water channel to funnel the water away from the yards. Until that problem is resolved, I can't regrade my property because the water will continue to run into my yard. My yard, along with my neighbors are completely flooded.
