Description
The alley behind Suffolk Rd. and Gloucester Rd. is a paved concrete alley that has become very cracked and uneven. It sits lower than the adjacent yards. After rain it is full of mud and large puddles that make it a mosquito haven, as well as treacherous to walk down for days.
