Description

I have submitted DPW000064855 over a year ago to have the tree next to my house addressed. I was assured it was on the removal list. It has not been removed and continues to do ongoing damage to my roof. Just having it repaired it damaged yet ag. I submitted another ticket DPW000053807 to have it addressed. It was canceled by the city, again reassuring the tree was on the removal list. Crew here today saying they are only pruning? What is going on? Please REMOVE THE TREE!!!!!
