Description
Earlier I and another neighbor in the 1500 Block of W 45th St reported that the alley behind our homes was virtually impassible because of deep ruts. Now, a homeowner or contractor has placed large chunks of broken-up concrete in the alley behind 1512 W 45th. This creates a potential to damage automobiles, especially smaller ones and makes the alley unusable except by large trucks while blocking access to garages belonging to homeowners in the 1500 blocks of W 45th St and Cedar Lane.
