Description
There is currently a ditch running right alongside Cherokee Road at the very front of my property, extending the full length of the property. This ditch makes it impossible for vehicles to pull into my property and also forces me to place my mailbox at the rear of the property, which forces a lot of my mail to be marked undeliverable. I am planning to build a small driveway in the front to finally get appropriate vehicle access to the house but need a culvert to be placed along the ditch.
