Description

sidewalks greatly lifted by maple roots both on Kensington in front of house and on Sauer Ave. to the side of house. Concrete slabs almost entirely lidfted out.

    This location was inspected on 2-5-2024. The 4300 Kensington Ave block has been referred to CIP. 60' x 5' of concrete sidewalk is damaged from tree roots on the 700 block of Sauer Ave. The repair will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
