Hello, My name is jamesley rousseau. Behind our property at 2117 miller ave richmond va 23222 there is some sort of tree/shrub that continues to grow in our alley to the point of damaging my fence. see the attached pictures. There have been instances where the garbage truck could not get past the tree in order to pick up mine and my neighbors trash. Lastly, this is becoming an eyesore for the neighborhood. I was told that I need permission from the city to cut down the overgrown tree.
