Description
Requesting asphalt to be installed in alley of 1504 W. 45th St., Richmond, VA 23225. As you can see from the attached pictures, the alley has many deep running canals that fill with water. The city has previously put down gravel, but this only lasts for a month or two before the ground gives way and it turns into a mudpit. The attached pictures are not just from one spot. The entire alley has these water filled canals running the length of it. Thank you for your help.
