Description
The alley between North Ave, Garland Ave, Ladies Mile Rd, and Meredith St has several large potholes and piles of trash that make it impossible to walk down without stepping in very large puddles. It is far worse on the side closest to Meredith but the entire alley needs full remediation immediately.
