Description
The Road Inlet along the Western side of Freeman Rd just North of its intersection with Parkwood Ave is causing severe flooding at the intersection due to assumed clogging (most recently on 2/18/21). Vehicles traveling South on Freeman and attempting to turn West onto Parkwood Ave must make a very wide turn into the oncoming traffic lane to avoid a huge puddle from the inlet backing up. The flooding is basically reducing travel to a single lane through the intersection on Freeman Rd.
