Description
Citizen states that there is a large branch hanging from the tree, and if it falls it will fall over the sidewalk and possibly injure someone. There is another tree beside it with a 2 large hanging branches that hanging over the citizens yard and could cause injury if it were to break The trees are located on the front of her house. Citizen also states that the trees need to be accessed as they do drop a lot of limbs.
