Description

Tree in the right of way; a request was placed in 2018...still no status but recently due to the ice storm a lot of branches have fallen what's the status of removal now for the tree caller is concerned that he don't see this tree on the updated removal list. Tree is a safety concern because of branches and limbs keep falling. (old request #'s-101000068530 and DPW000050278.) Initiated tree inspection request in 2017. Arborist finally visited property in May 2020 and informed resident that tree will be added to removal list - diseased, drops limbs regularly, safety concern. Didn't hear anything since. Downloaded the latest tree removal list from City of Richmond website dated January 13, 2021 and tree is still not on the removal list. A large branch also just came down during the ice storm in the middle of Commonwealth Avenue and was removed by resident.
