Description
This tree has been dead for over a year and lost a number of smaller branches during the recent ice storms. There is a street light power line running through it and a broken branch is currently resting on the line. I'm concerned the whole thing will come down during a storm and cause damage or injury. It was also reported on September 15, 2020, issued ID DPW50973; however, no obvious action was taken.
