Description
The residents of this alley behind the 4000 block of Patterson have cleaned all the brush and overhanging limbs ourselves last month as the city never came by to enforce code. The alley itself is riddled with large potholes and no gravel. It needs graded first and then new gravel needs to be laid down. The city put gravel down several years ago without grading it first and that only lasted about a year before all the gravel washed away.
