Description

Large tree split in half during the ice storm. Part of the tree fell on the fence between the expressway and Portland Place. Someone came and cut up the portion on the expressway side. They broke the fence more and left a large portion of the broken tree still dangling on the Portland Place side of fence. Both sides of the fence and the fence are owned by RMA. Very little has been down to maintain either side all along Portland Place.
