MS PEOPLES WAS ASKED TO CUT HER BUSH DOWN AND SHE SAYS THAT A CITY TREE IS BLOCKING HER FROM DOING SO. AND SHE ALSO STATES THAT THE TREE LOOKS LIKE ITS DEAD AND NEEDS TO COME DOWN ANYWAYS
