Description

I paid for a tree to be placed in front of my house. I requested any kid of tree other than a Gingko. I have not gotten a tree yet, but my neighbor got one and didn't request it. Could she have gotten it by mistake? I am 4014 Mount Vernon Street and she is 4012 Mount Vernon Street. Please fix this because I really want a tree back in front of my house.
