M All-way stop installations must meet the criteria in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This is a federal manual used by all fifty states to evaluate traffic control devices for streets open to public travel. I have reviewed the intersection of Belmont Ave and Parkwood Ave and it does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop. The last seven year eleven month period showed one reported crash. DPW will install No Parking signs on Belmont to enhance intersection sight distance.

M Chris, please verify if the task was completed as requested by Travis, and close the SR if WO was done.
