Repair Alley

Description

there are big ,deep trenches in alley in 1500 block of 29 th st, I also reported over a year ago of the deep tracks a city truck made in grass behind my fence ,when trimming trees,it has never been repaired, and when my grass gets cut ,the lawnmower's wheels get stuck as well as the blades,It was NOT like that until you guys did tree trimming.So would like that addressed as well.Now back to the alley, (had to put the previous comment in before i forgot it,had a senior moment.,

  Called to check on the status of the service request....Caller states there's still a trench..hold left in the alley that needs to be repaired.

  Caller phoned back in regarding previous ticket (DPW000051244) being marked as closed with DPW comment "per Joe Johnson, cw 415216 dpw 000047019 this location has been serviced and completed, 8/10/20," caller became irate & stated that alley still has not been serviced & has ongoing issues with ruts & potholes that hold standing water & have not yet been leveled. Caller stated that alley had been re-graveled several units down the street from hers (estimated 1525-1527 North 29th Street) but not behind her residence.
