Description
Please come assess a tree on Sulgrave Rd. At addresses of 4608 & 4610 Sulgrave Rd, Richmond, Va 23221 a large mature American Beech tree split in half last week. The remaining half that is still upright looks unstable. When it falls it could cause injury and property damage. We had a similar mature beech tree fall down last spring with zero wind and absolutely zero warning. We have had 5 of these American Beech trees fall or split in the last 24 months and they are very heavy dense trees.
