Description
The recently paved alley was graded incorrectly and slope drives water to pool and stand terribly. It is eroding our hill and fence. The standing water creates smell in our backyard and is safety issue for our children. Our elderly neighbors have problems getting to their trash cans due to water and sometimes water completely blocks our rear gate and we cannot access the alley. This needs to be fixed before our property is damaged further or someone is injured.
