Description
Trash, dead/fallen trees, and dying bushes/trees due to neglect line the border of Chippenham and Stratford Hills/Oxford. In addition, dead bushes that look as if they’ve been run over have been left in the median, all the way from the Forest Hill Ave intersection to the Wiley Bridge.
