- Staff · February 24, 2021The intersection of Pine and Albemarle does not meet the warrants set forth in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) for an all-way stop because the required traffic volumes are not met. The MUTCD is the national standard for installing traffic control devices such as stop signs. Albemarle to the east is a dead end street. Also, there have been no reported crashes in the last seven year eleven month period. No changes are planned.
