- Staff · April 29, 2021Visited site with Travis. We decided that line was needed and that the neither side at the intersection of Decatur & 3rd could be reduced. In addition the west could not be reduce because it was installedat the requests of business owner who bay doors were being block. The illegal signs on Decatur were reported to ROW Management.
