MS TURK STATES THAT THE ALLEYWAY NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED DUE TO HER BACKYARD BEING FLOODED WITH WATER. SHE WOULD LIKE FOR IT TO BE GRAVEL ALLEYWAY AND TO LEVEL THE ALLEYWAY SO THAT THE FLOODING COULD STOP.
