Description

There is excessive water accumulation where the alley meets the road around 106 Strawberry Street, Richmond, VA. They dips / holes are so big that water accumulates for weeks. Can you fill in the dip with asphalt? Although ideally the entire road should be repaved because the road is full of holes, old patches, cracks, and the crown is too high. Thank you!
