Description

See photo. According to Google maps, Nicholson St crosses E Main St and becomes Wharf St. This sign is on Wharf St shortly after passing through intersection. You can see "Wharf St Tunnel Bldg" in background of photo. Sign has "Balloons-A-Go" on it -- as far as I can tell, there is no company in Richmond by this name.
