Description
Intersection of alleys that run between N 26th St., N 25th St., and R St. Trash has remained piled here for weeks now. Previous request was closed with a note saying there "was nothing here." Please see attached photos. There is evidence of used needles and defication here as well. This problem is getting out of hand and the city needs to do something to address the struggles of the community that feels there is no place else to go but the alley behind my house. The community needs help.
