Description

Hello, My name is Neeshant  Parikh and I am the new owner at 3301 Patterson ave. I am very concerned about the sidewalk that is on Tilden ave with my property. The sidewalk has an uneven slope downward towards the side of my house wall, which is creating standing water coming into my basement. I am also concerned with the uneven sidewalks the tree roots have created. Someone needs to come to check this out ASAP as standing water is coming through the sidewall of my house.
