Description

After the recent ice storm, trees are leaning on utility lines in the alley between the 500 blocks of N. 26th and N. 27th Streets. Dominion Energy has indicated these are not power lines. However, the current situation will affect access to the alley for trash and recycling pick-up and will lead to unsafe access to the alley if not resolved.
