Description

Continuous water leak from alley has caused a dangerous pothole to reemerge. It was previously patched. Cars are hitting it, losing hubcaps and steering as they don't see it. It is 2-3 feet in diameter. Everytime a car hits it, it causes a thundering sound. This has gotten worse since storm.
