Description
Branches falling at and around 4211 Smithdeal Ave. we opened a request on 5/29/19 cityworks Id: 396632 and was closed 12/10/19. These trees are a danger to people. A massive limb fell on 2/13/21 and hit our house causing damage to roof, gutter, walking path in front yard and front window. It damaged the hood of our vehicle and neighbors car mirror. They are marked for removal and have been. We would like to request reimbursement for damages if there is a process. Failure to remove these is negligence.
