Please refer to PW000061473 which has been marked as completed; however, the only action has been placement of orange cones. Neighbors have been requesting service on this off and on over the last five years. Please note this is also now impacting/damaging residents' property. We would really appreciate your attention to this or assistance with where we should request assistance if there's a better method.
