Description
There are two locations at this intersection, both on Libbie, that were excavated last year. The initial repairs were poor, and resulted in uneven pavement. Both have been repaved, however, they are still not flush with the existing pavement. Furthermore, as I understand the City of Richmond Excavation Restoration Manual, the asphalt should be replaced from curb to curb, not just the area that was dug up, since that section had been newly paved within 6 months of the disturbance. This request is going on six months, with no apparent resolution. As of this weekend, an orange and white traffic barrel has been placed over one spot of the two patches that had become an actual pot hole. When is the repaving, from curb to curb going to be done?
