Description
when to alley is graveled they do not come all the way to citizen back yard. which leaves a large rivet. Cars are getting stuck and the trash men are not able to come through the alley. citizen has to place trash in front of home. have made several request but the alley is still not graded unto citizen back yard. citizen not to use her back driveway because or the whole. previous request number DPW000035382, DPW000032424 DPW000025935 citizen can send in pictures
