Description
private cones are located in the public ROW. I assume the individual homeowners are trying to prevent parking in the public ROW. I'm not they have the right to make that decision. The roads are public and I assume 50'. Please have cones removed. If they want to petition for no parking i assume there is a process. But until then, the cones are in the public ROW. Thanks
