Description
The alley that runs behind the 1500 block of W 45th St and parallel to the 1500 block of Cedar Lane is in bad need of repair. Especially at the end nearest Stonewall Avenue that alley is filled with deep ruts that well-intended lawn care works attempted to eliminate by filling them with pine needs which have since deteriorated and the deep ruts are filled with water. The alley is nearly impassible by regular automobiles and difficult to navigate with pickup trucks.
