Description
There is a water leak in the street on Malvern Ave right at the alley between Hanover and Stuart Ave. A few weeks ago there was a pothole repair in the middle of the night and the water problem is right at that supposedly repaired pothole. Water is freezing into ice, creating a traffic hazard. The water is also making the alley muddy and draining away in the storm drain.
