- Staff · March 1, 2021A pedestrian signal would entail signalizing the intersection, which likely doesn’t meet warrants. There is also not a history of severe and/or pedestrian crashes at the intersection. The majority of crashes there are rear-end crashes involving vehicles turning left onto 11th (one way street). However, that intersection, along with the other unsignalized intersections on Hull in that stretch between Cowardin and Commerce are getting marked crosswalks later this month, weather permitting. No further action is needed at this moment. Request will be closed.
