Description

previous 100 year old Elm tree cut down and now volunteers are growing up from the old roots. please advise whether to cut down volunteers or maintain volunteers into a new tree. I have contacted 2 city offices and no reply in two weeks ?

    Spoke to citizen by phone. This is resprouted roots growing from a leftover incomplete stump grinding. Location needs to be reground.
