City will be placing a new sidewalk in the area of Kingswood and Clarkson citizen's sewer line, backyard fence, and crepe myrtles are near where they sidewalk will be placing the sidewalk.; area already marked off; caller need to make the sidewalk will not hinder her property. Please call citizen before any work is done on or near property line.
