Description

i requested service under DPW000067683 on 12/13/2020. You notified me today you had closed it. Stating it was graveled and chipped. I just went out to alley. I see where some gravel was laid BUT the end of alley behind my house - 5118 is still the same gravel piled up at end of alley + much gravel in my yard. I stated all of this in the original reques. I still request PAVED not gravel. Please refer to the survey which you requested on the original request. I am not at all happy.
