Description

Citizen stated that people use this block as a cut through to get to Patterson to park or park to Patterson and there are lots of children and its very unsafe as people speed through and citizen is requesting a speed control. Address is in COR but not pulling up in the location finder. 901 Harland circle, Richmond, Va. 23226
