Description
The pedestrian light set up on Broad and Roseneath is not clear to drivers turning onto Broad from Roseneath. Traffic turning West onto Broad fail to see that the pedestrians have the right to cross as it changes too quickly. Way too often pedestrians (myself included) have almost been hit. It would be safer if the lights would have a delay, allowing pedestrians to cross before the light on Roseneath turns green.
